A young man named Kamui Shirou holds the fate of the universe in his hands, as he must choose between destroying the Dragons of Earth or the Dragons of Heaven. Two opposing forces are at war, and his decision will determine whether humanity is eradicated for a purified universe or protected to maintain civilization. Hinoto and Kanoe, two oracles and sisters, foresee the conflict and support opposing outcomes. Each builds power to ensure her vision is realized, unaware that Kamui possesses a force greater than the dragons themselves.
