Tsue to Tsurugi no Wistoria

A young man named Will enrolls in a magical institution with the goal of becoming a powerful mage. However, he is unable to perform magic, which sets him apart from his peers and teachers. Despite facing discouragement and isolation, Will remains determined to succeed. Unable to rely on a wand, he chooses to fight using a sword in a society dominated by magic. His resolve is strengthened by a promise he made to someone close to him.
