Joe and his girlfriend Silvia attend a screening of a film featuring Captain Blue, Joe's favorite action star. During the movie, Silvia is abruptly pulled through the screen into the cinematic world. Joe follows her into this realm, where he encounters Jadow, the villainous organization responsible for her abduction. As Joe struggles against Jadow's minions, Captain Blue intervenes and provides him with a special V-Watch. This device grants Joe the ability to transform into a superhero. Empowered by these new abilities, Joe actively pursues the members of Jadow through the movie world in a determined effort to rescue Silvia and bring her back to safety.
