Joe faces King Blue and attempts to redeem the distraught Captain Blue. Following a battle between good and evil, Blue acknowledges that Joe's friends gave him the strength to win. Silvia learns that Captain Blue is her father. After Blue explains his depression and time in Movieland, Joe and Sylvia forgive him. Sylvia requests a Henshin to become Joe's sidekick, transforming into Go-Go Sylvia. The episode concludes with a mysterious U.F.O. descending from outer space.
