Senna feels uneasy about the time Junna and Haruhi spend together. Akino seeks Senna's help because she cannot find Junna. She explains that the haunted house lacks decorations and suggests borrowing artifacts, noting that Senna and Junna's parents are archaeologists. Senna takes Akino and Tomokazu to their mansion-like home and reluctantly allows them to borrow items. When Tomokazu mentions club members staying overnight at school to complete activities, Senna decides to join them, even though the Cooking Club is ready. Meanwhile, Haruhi asks Junna to be her date for the Cherry Blossom Summer Festival. Junna declines the invitation because he does not remember much about her.
