Watashi ga Motete Dousunda

A girl who enjoys imagining romantic relationships between male characters finds herself overwhelmed when a sudden emotional event leads to significant weight loss. As a result, four male students at her school begin pursuing her romantically, though her interest lies not in being courted by them, but in imagining them involved with one another.
