Kyohei Takano, Takenaga Oda, Yukinojo Toyama, and Ranmaru Morii strike a deal with landlady Mine Nakahara to live rent-free by transforming her niece, Sunako Nakahara, into a proper lady. Failure results in tripled rent. Sunako is a horror fan with poor fashion sense, bad skin, and bangs covering her eyes. She has been a recluse for two years after being called ugly by her middle-school crush during a confession. The boys must help her overcome her heartbreak and social isolation to win the wager and secure their housing arrangement.
