First-year student Onoda Sakamichi, alongside classmates Imaizumi and Naruko, upgrade to new bicycles as they gear up for upcoming challenges. The team now operates without its third-year members, necessitating a shift in dynamics. Meanwhile, new captain Teshima and his friend Aoyagi focus their efforts on securing a second consecutive championship title. Amidst these preparations and changes within the club structure, Sakamichi’s idol Makishima offers him some specific words of advice or encouragement.
