Yuya and the Lancers arrive in the Synchro Dimension, but he soon notices that only Shingo, Selena, and Reira are present. They are immediately surrounded by Security forces who mistake Yuya and Selena for Hyugo and Yuzu. Shingo and Selena initiate a duel against the guards while casting a scornful look at the hesitant Yuya. Although Yuya and Selena manage to turn the tide against their opponents, additional Security units appear. Suddenly, the sky turns dark, signaling a new threat.
