Yuya resolves to save Yuzu at all costs as a duelist and Lancer member. Meanwhile, Himika announces the cancellation of the Maiami Championship and reveals the existence of invaders from different dimensions. The city offers well wishes to the chosen Lancers. Reiji renames Leo Duel School to Lance Defence Soldiers to train future Lancers using their duelling curriculum. Despite Yuya's determination to fight, his mother Yoko challenges him to a duel, aware of his true intentions.
