Yuugi and Jonouchi must cooperate to navigate the Meikyuu Brothers' labyrinth, but the opponents alter the structure to isolate Yuugi's monsters from Jonouchi's. Simultaneously, the Meikyuu Brothers begin constructing the powerful monster Gate Guardian. Meanwhile, Kaiba successfully enters Pegasus' castle and immediately searches for Mokuba. Unbeknownst to Kaiba, Pegasus observes his movements with malicious intent and formulates a specific strategy to thwart his efforts. This dual conflict involves both the strategic separation of duelists and a covert confrontation between Kaiba and Pegasus within the castle walls.
