Kaito dispatches Orbital 7 to collect intelligence on the Barians. During this mission, he has an unexpected meeting with Obomi, which leads to him developing romantic feelings for her. Kaito becomes convinced that Yuma is abusing or mistreating Obomi in some way. Acting on this belief, he directly confronts Yuma and issues a challenge to a Duel to settle the matter.
