After Ichigo falls down the stairs, the Sweets Princes transport him to a local medical facility. Kashino appears reluctant to enter the building. Ichigo observes that every doctor at the hospital bears the Kashino surname, leading the group to realize the family owns the establishment. Subsequently, Kashino’s sister arrives and abducts him. Ichigo, Andou, Hanabusa, and the Sweets Spirits become aware of the kidnapping and proceed to follow him in an attempt to resolve the situation.
