Ichigo falls down the stairs and is taken to the local hospital by the Sweets Princes. Kashino doesn't seem to want to go into the building. Ichigo notices that all the doctors are named Kashino at the hospital and the group finds out that Kashino's family owns the hospital. Kashino's sister shows up and has him kidnapped.
