Concurrently, Berry receives information from the enigmatic Finn, who explains that he and his allies are ghosts—individuals residing in the city without official registration. Finn doubts that another ghost would assist Berry and proceeds to extract Phantom Zero data from a paper plane device belonging to Hack, which Berry had previously obtained.
