Ep. 12: Kureha and Ginko escape the Wall of Severance after Lady Kumaria reveals her true identity as Sumika.

The Invisible Storm prepares to execute Ginko with a beam cannon to punish Kureha. Kureha is summoned to Severance Court, recalling she requested Ginko’s transformation into a human by accepting temporary amnesia to disprove her pride. As Kureha approaches Ginko for a promise kiss, Lady Kumaria descends, revealing herself as Sumika, who taught Kureha that true love allows one to withstand exclusion. Recognizing her genuine feelings, Kureha calls out to Kumaria, who validates this love and transforms Kureha into a bear to confess to Ginko. The Invisible Storm attempts to fire but fails as the pair escapes beyond the Wall of Severance. Meanwhile, Uchiko opposes the Storm and befriends the abandoned Konomi. Elsewhere, Lulu and Milne reunite under a tree; after Lulu explains the storybook’s ending, Milne kisses her cheek. Kureha and Ginko’s new life together remains unseen.
