Hayato attends a high school reunion and feels disconnected from his peers. He becomes upset after overhearing girls nickname him "auntie" due to his role caring for his brothers, prompting him to leave. His neighbor, Saki Kirishima, pulls him aside, and they go out for drinks where she offers encouragement. After this conversation, Hayato returns home to find his four brothers waiting. They surprise him with a birthday celebration, an event he had completely forgotten amidst his busy schedule.
