Ep. 4: Hayato Merasa Tidak Cocok pada Reunian, Lalu Merayakan Ulang Tahun Bersama Saudara Laki-laki

Hayato goes to his high school reunion. He realizes how different his live looks from his peers. He overhears some girls nicknaming him "auntie" because he takes care of his brothers, and he gets upset and leaves the reunion. He gets pulled aside by his neighbor, Saki Kirishima. He goes out to get drinks with her, while explaining what happened at the reunion. Saki gives him a pep talk and he heads home. Waiting for him at home are his four brothers. They surprise Hayato for his birthday which he had completely forgot about because he had been so busy.
