Natsuko Hirose begins her career as an animator after high school, rapidly gaining recognition for her skills. She soon makes her debut as a director, with her first anime becoming a major success and establishing her as a rising talent. Her next assignment is a romantic comedy centered on first love. However, since she has never experienced love herself, she finds it difficult to grasp the theme, leading to challenges in developing the storyboard and halting the movie's production.
