Raven pursues Rosso into Brad’s territory, where he defeats Brad and destroys his Dark Horn. Meanwhile, Van, Irvine, and others discuss Fiona’s memory of the Death Saurer. Van discovers Rudolph in a bush, while Rosso and Viola search for him. Moonbay attempts to steal Rudolph’s Imperial Ring, but Van intervenes. At the Imperial Palace, Prozen declares he will take office if Prince Rudolph does not return before Emperor Zepplin’s funeral. A fast Zoid attacks through the forest; Viola investigates and finds Raven piloting a Geno Saurer. Rosso is recovering and arrives late. Fiona warns the group as Rudolph prepares to leave. Raven uses his Charged Particle Cannon to disable Viola, the Command Wolf, and the Shield Liger. His Zoid overpowers the heroes, rendering the Shield Liger’s ultimate move ineffective. Rosso and Viola arrive in the Iron Kong to cover Van’s escape. Raven destroys the Iron Kong but halts his pursuit, granting them a head start for a greater challenge.
