Donning a grim reaper mask and robes, they pride themselves in selecting the top girls at different high schools, aiming for girls within the entire Kanagawa region.

The true identity of GHOST is Noriko Sawada, the school nurse at Chigasaki Kohaku Private Academy. After treating victims of the illegal prostitution ring at the academy, she makes a request to Disciplinary Committee to take on the case and helps the twins track down the mysterious organisation responsible.
