Riko and Miko, twins who were once residents of the "Smile Duck" facility, seek to turn their lives around after a series of events involving Professor Onizuka. Motivated to support others facing hardship, they choose to become members of their high school's student committee. Their goal is to assist fellow students in addressing and resolving personal issues.
