A middle-aged man who frequents the bar "Flowers of Evil." He appears in the first part. He is the one who led Bud Weiser into the world of fools, but is critical of Bud Weiser's recent behavior, saying it has gone too far. It is implied in the story that he was once one of the strongest fools. He tells Naive top secret information about the existence of "The Joker," a fool with a bounty of 10 million yen. He reveals his true identity towards the end of the story.
