A group of boys attempt to prevent a global catastrophe after a mysterious cult becomes linked to a series of murders and disappearances. Kenji, a convenience store employee with a past passion for music, is drawn into the events when a childhood friend dies under unclear circumstances. As he reconnects with others from his past, he uncovers memories tied to a symbol created in 1969. This symbol reappears in 1997 as a potential harbinger of disaster. Kenji and his former friends investigate the connections between the symbol, the cult, and the deaths, seeking answers to a threat that once nearly ended humanity.
