Noda was raised in a strict, religious home where he was expected to conform to traditional roles: secure a job, marry, and have children. He has always strived to avoid bringing dishonor to his family. However, he harbors a secret from a decade ago: a sexual relationship with a male acquaintance, Wakasugi. To avoid emotional complications, Noda distanced himself from Wakasugi, believing such a relationship could not last. Years later, Noda lives alone in a new house after his wife left him, and they never had children. A phone call from Wakasugi resurfaces long-buried emotions. As the two reconnect, repressed feelings resurface, challenging their emotional restraint. Noda must decide whether to confront his past and embrace his true self, while Wakasugi weighs the risk of opening his heart again.
