Arisa, a first-year high school student, is eager to experience a genuine romantic relationship. She sees physical touch as a sign of meaningful connection. During the school festival, she is rescued by Kyousuke, a senior, which sparks her interest in him. However, Kyousuke does not share her belief in fate. A separate one-shot story, "Rinko-chan no Blue Day," is also included.
