Actress Blair travels to a ranch in Wyoming and meets cowboy Dillon. She requests that he help train her for a role as a rancher, but he shows little interest. Dillon carries visible signs of a troubled past, including a scar, yet Blair is unaffected by it. She becomes attracted to him despite his emotional distance. Though he may feel a connection, Dillon remains closed off, keeping his feelings hidden.
