Ao no 6-gou

In a near-future world, rising ocean levels have submerged much of the Earth's coastal regions. A scientist named Zorndyke is responsible for these floods, which have led to mass casualties and the destruction of many human cities by his army of hybrid creatures. Survivors fight back against these threats to stay alive. The Blue Submarine #6 is one of the key vessels in this struggle. Zorndyke aims to shift the outcome of the conflict permanently by triggering a polar reversal through geothermal energy at the South Pole.
