Ashita Kagayaku

In 1945, a Japanese student named Natsuki Kyouko living in Shenyang, Manchuria, meets a young medic named Hayami. The two grow close as their relationship develops. As World War II ends, Japanese forces in the region are rapidly pulled back to Japan, yet Hayami stays behind to assist civilians. The conclusion of the war brings significant changes to both Kyouko and Hayami’s lives.
