Atarashii Joushi wa Dotennen

After being repeatedly mistreated by his previous employer, 26-year-old Momose Kentaro transitions to a new job with apprehension. Concerned that his new manager might be similarly harsh, his worries dissipate upon meeting Shirosaki Yuusei, a calm and capable leader who is not intimidating in the least. Instead, Shirosaki turns out to be somewhat comically unassuming.
