Miwa, a dedicated office worker, unexpectedly runs into Kudo-kun, someone she had feelings for in high school. Now working at a childcare center, Kudo-kun appears to enjoy his job. Feeling overwhelmed by her work, Miwa casually expresses a wish to be a child again. Kudo-kun surprises her by agreeing, suggesting they playact the scenario. The two engage in a playful, fictional experience of childhood affection.
