Riko and Miko, a pair of twins who were once residents of the "Smile Duck" facility, decide to change their lives after a series of events involving Professor Onizuka. Inspired to help others in need, they join their high school's student committee, hoping to support their classmates in dealing with and resolving personal difficulties.
