Boku no Suki na Hito ga Suki na Hito

A second-year high school student named Sora Akizuki confesses to Miya Fuwa, a younger student, but she declines, stating she is interested in someone else—Asahi Suzukaze, leader of the enigmatic "Clinical Trial Club." Sora joins the club and learns that Asahi already has feelings for another person, a boy who helped her recover from a severe illness through a "clinical trial," earning him the nickname "the prince of clinical trials." It is later revealed that this boy is Sora himself, who was a troublemaker in elementary school.
