Boogiepop wa Warawanai

Five students at Shinyo Academy investigate a mysterious drug and a series of student disappearances in an unnamed Japanese city. The faculty assumes the missing students are simply runaways, but rumors circulate among female students about Boogiepop, an urban legend believed to be a death god.
