An otaku suffers stomach pain after eating raw pig liver and awakens as a pig in an unfamiliar world. Confined in a pen, he is rescued by Jess, a mind-reading girl. He must suppress his animal instincts, but Jess remains kind and caring despite his pig-like nature. Though life as a pig may not be entirely unpleasant, the world holds hidden dangers. Jess has secrets and is in peril, and the former human must rely on his intelligence and knowledge to protect her, despite lacking magical abilities.
