Kiyosumi lives a quiet, uncomplicated life working as an apartment building clerk during the day and creating electronic music at night. He avoids relationships and keeps his world free of complications. His routine is disrupted when a troubled female neighbor causes damage to his room's window and intrudes on his peaceful solitude.
