Cardfight!! Vanguard G: Stride Generation

Chrono Shindou is a middle school student with an intimidating appearance but a gentle nature, especially toward children. One day, he discovers an unknown Cardfight deck called Gear Chronicle in his locker. He brings it to a local store, where he meets Kamui Katsuragi, who teaches him to play. Through the game, Chrono meets potential teammates Shion Kiba and Tokoha Anjou, forming friendships and rivalries centered around fun and competition.
