Chocolate Underground

A political party in power has outlawed chocolate and other sweets, enforcing strict laws with the use of force. Two teenage boys, Smudger and Huntley, are determined to consume chocolate once more. They seek out rumored bootleggers and ultimately establish their own underground network for distributing chocolate. The story is based on the British children's novel *Bootleg* by Alex Shearer and adapted into manga by YAMAKAWA Aiji.
