Cu-Cu-Cute!

A student named Kasuga Rito has long wanted to use his abilities to help others but first needs to unlock magic. He attends Rezon Institute, where students must earn 100 points to advance from the "Common" to the "Starlight" class and begin using their powers. Rito has remained at 99 points for a long time. Hoping to change this, he plans to befriend Scuse Fontana, an exchange student from the Demon World, in hopes of obtaining her food, as it is said to enhance human power. He sneaks into a hotel hosting a welcome event for her but discovers she is missing. As he leaves, he encounters a small dragon in an alley that attaches itself to his head and refuses to leave.
