Cu-Cu-Cute!

Kasuga Rito has long wanted to use his powers for good but must first unlock his magic. As a sophomore at Rezon Institute, a school for those with magical abilities, students must earn 100 points to advance from the "Common" to the "Starlight" class and begin using their powers. Rito has remained at 99 points for a long time. To change this, he plans to befriend Scuse Fontana, a three-day exchange student from the Demon World, in hopes of obtaining her food, which is rumored to boost human power. He sneaks into a hotel hosting a welcome event for her but finds she is missing. As he leaves, he discovers a small dragon in a back alley that attaches itself to his head and refuses to leave.
