A 19-year-old woman named Setoya Kinari moves from the countryside to Tokyo before starting college and sets out to achieve two main goals. The first is to live at the lively Kitten Blue Boarding House. The second is to find a romantic partner in the city. However, one of the house's residents, a very attractive man named Towa, wrongly believes she is following him and assumes she is a stalker.
