Erika Asakura is a 53-year-old editor for a women's magazine living with her retired husband, working daughter, and cat. She is preparing for the possibility of menopause when a hospital visit reveals her female hormone levels are nearly nonexistent, shocking her despite her expectations. At the editor-in-chief's request, she attends a meeting with her idol, Kyoko Ibuki, expecting a lecture, only to find it is a dance party instead.
