A gifted student, Ichihashi Nanao, transfers to Mehabia Catholic School, where the Judicature Club holds significant influence. This club, sanctioned by the school, handles student conflicts and is led by Hanegi Raika, a strikingly attractive boy with feminine features. Raika is the first person Nanao meets at the school. The Judicature Club, known for its exclusivity, seeks to recruit her, despite her reluctance to pass judgment on others. However, Nanao may find herself in a difficult position when she becomes the subject of judgment. The story also includes the one-shot "Shuraba Lovers."
