Takeshi Kuri, a juvenile delinquent with a talent for baseball, smokes, has brown hair, and lashes out physically when angry. On his first day, Kuri played in a red and white match but faced harassment from the department head, who emphasized discipline. Despite challenges, he and his team advanced through the South Tokyo Tournament and Koshien, causing a nationwide stir.
