A new student relocates to Ikebukuro due to his parents' job and joins friends on a tour of the area. During the outing, he learns about local urban legends and criminal factions. Pursuing these stories leads him into a larger conflict affecting the city. The story is based on a PSP game featuring an original protagonist.
