Durarara!!

A variety of unusual individuals inhabit the Ikebukuro district of Tokyo. Among them is a young man seeking something extraordinary, a hot-tempered punk, a scatterbrained would-be stalker, an information dealer who takes jobs for fun, a doctor who helps only those in extreme need, a high schooler fascinated by a monster, and a mysterious biker without a head. While their tale isn't necessarily uplifting, it shows that even these eccentric characters can experience love.
