Elliot Hitoriasobi
エリオットひとりあそび
Three years have passed since Elliot’s father died in the Vietnam War. He had long anticipated this moment. The town includes two movie theaters, two supermarkets, a bookstore, a pharmacy, a laundromat, a school near the outskirts, and a flower shop. Turning right on the road to the beach leads to Elliot’s home. Having lived with his aunt and maintained a "good boy" image throughout his life, he now experiences the reality of living alone. The story portrays the internal life of a teenage boy through a distinctive perspective.
