Toki is still grieving the loss of his twin sister a year after her death. With his parents away, he is left to care for his nephew, a child who has become mute after losing his parents. As Toki faces the challenges of raising a young child, his friend's younger brother, Chihiro, begins to assist. The three form a makeshift family during this difficult time.
