Sora Han is the first and only person to receive a plant heart transplant. After the surgery, she experiences a moment where her heart stops and restarts, followed by a strong desire to travel to space. At 25, she gets the opportunity to go to another planet. However, she finds the environment strangely familiar. Through this experience, she discovers more about herself than she anticipated.
