King Hasana learns of a prophecy stating he will be killed by a member of the Sui Tribe. To prevent this, he searches for the person foretold to kill him and discovers a child from that tribe. Rather than harming the child, Hasana brings him back as a slave. The child is named Dakasin. Over time, Hasana and Dakasin develop feelings of sympathy for one another. However, their growing bond is challenged as destiny begins to pull them apart.
